BB’S PRIME RIB & BBQ, inside The Riviera. CANAL STREET GRILLE, The Orleans Hotel, at 4500 W. Tropicana, just west of The Strip. A Wonderful likeness of famous New Orleans dining, right here in Las Vegas. FORUM SHOPS’ THE PALM. Located in the Forum shopping complex at Caesars Palace, this refined, yet casual restaurant, whose walls tastefully bear framed caricature sketches of Las Vegas dignitaries and stars, is nonetheless distinguished for its menu of prime steaks, seafood, Nova Scotia lobsters, poultry, veal and pastas. FOUR SEASONS VERANDAH CAFE, in the Four Seasons Hotel, an adjunct of the Mandalay Bay Resort.
