Phil Morrow is no stranger to the Seafood restaurant scene. Hailing from Lubbock and his father's famed seafood retreat, Phil brought his skills to Fort Worth, where he and other family members have created an island eatery. Ocean Rock appetizers run the gambit of fusion flavorings, beginning with a Mexican Shrimp Cocktail blending of shrimp, salsa, V-8 juice, cilantro, and avocado. Baja Beach Cerviche boasts a savory mix of shrimp, scallops, citrus marinated fish, peppers, and cilantro. Fresh oysters on the half shell masquerade under the name of Ocean Rocks, and Beer Boiled Spicy Shrimp speak for themselves.
